How long does the process take?
Typically, order turnaround time is around 8 weeks, with some slight variation depending on the season and supply chain.
We do have the capability to "rush" an order, and can deliver faster than our typical turnaround. Most often, rush orders have additional purchase requirements. If a rush order is something you'd require, please let us know.
If you are hoping to create your wedding suit or tuxedo with us, we require beginning the process with more than 8 weeks to spare.
What sets you apart from the other clothiers I'm researching?
In addition to our bespoke process that is exclusive to only us, we have a proprietary process we've developed that allows us to guarantee each client receives exactly what they're looking for in a budget they feel comfortable with. Perfectly fitting and designed clothing is the end result, but our clients have an enjoyable time through the process as well. There are many other reasons that make us the premier custom clothing destination in the area, but it really comes down to trust. Who do you trust will deliver the exact fit you're looking for and can make you look and feel your absolute best? Who do you trust will have the fabric options you need/want to see? Who will make the often intimidating process of custom clothing enjoyable for you? Trust us? Schedule your fitting now!

How do your prices compare to your competition?
For a truly bespoke suit, you can't beat our prices. Are we more expensive than some places who use a Made-to-Measure process? Yes. Are we worth it? Yes. We are transparent with our pricing both online and during fittings. See our starting prices and package costs (custom suits, shirts, sportcoats, etc.) - here. In our fittings, most often, clients opt to upgrade their fabrics beyond our introductory price point to fabrics with additional properties like natural stretch, wrinkle release, richer colorations, etc.; in this scenario we can still "package" items purchased and are able to work within the client's budget. We always try and show our full range of fabrics so clients can see (and feel) the difference between our least and most expensive fabrics, and everything in between. We exclusively construct with a full canvas make and industry-respected "name brand" mills.
Suits using introductory fabrics are not an option for any order with a rush deadline.

Do you exclusively make clothing for men?
NO! We make custom clothing for everyone! Men, women, transgender, non-binary, and more.
We want everyone to look and feel their absolute best when they suit up with us.
Using our bespoke process, we're able to fit all types of bodies perfectly and account for much more detail in the design process as well as construction, fit, details, etc. Check out our gallery to see some examples of our work!

Is your process bespoke or made-to-measure?
We are certified Master Bespoke Clothiers. All King Brothers suits are created using the bespoke process.
The differences between made-to-measure and bespoke are spelled out here.

I'm curious about what you do. Can I schedule a consultation?
As an appointment-only business, we do not schedule consultations for people to browse.
We are, however, always willing to have a phone conversation or email correspondence to help you figure out if we're the right fit for you.

Can I confirm you have the specific fabric and/or color I'm looking for, before I schedule a fitting?
We have never been in a situation where a client is looking for something specific and we have not been able to provide them with it. Additionally, we usually have it in many different price points so the client is able to find exactly what they're looking for in a budget they're comfortable with. We have the largest fabric selection in the region, so you can rest assured that coming in for a fitting will result in exactly what you're looking for.

Do you sell anything other than suits and shirts?
We offer custom sportcoats, trousers, overcoats, and custom sweaters.

What if my body changes after I get measured?
We recommend you be at a reasonably stable weight before scheduling a fitting. That being said, upon delivery and final fitting of your piece(s), we will take care of any fit alterations if needed.

Do you have an online catalogue, or a way for me to see some examples of your work?
Our fabrics are constantly changing, and because of this we do not have an online catalogue of our fabric selections.
If you'd like to see some examples of our work, check out our gallery and Instagram! Don't hesitate to call or email if you have a specific color or style in mind!
What do the packages mean / include?
The packages were designed to give prospective clients a brief overview of what it could look like to purchase custom clothing. We strive for transparency, which includes listing the minimum dollar amount required to work with us, as well as the typical price range shown in fittings. Most often, clients opt to upgrade their fabrics beyond our opening price point to fabrics with additional properties like natural stretch, wrinkle release, richer colorations, etc. This is where the price range is helpful.
We are transparent throughout our process in what items cost, allowing our clients to make informed decisions.
Packages using introductory fabrics are not an option for any order with a rush deadline.

What fabrics do you carry?
We are proud to offer the largest fabric selection in the area. We exclusively carry name-brand, industry respected mills including Dormeuil, Scabal, Holland & Sherry, Ariston, Piacenza, Carnet, Marzoni, Gladson, Zegna, among others.
